Steps to Follow

  1. Open the app;

  2. Tap on the AI Long Video to Shorts from the shortcut that appears right away:

  3. Select your video source:
    ​

    • Paste a public video link (YouTube, Google Drive, Vimeo, StreamYard, TikTok, Twitter, Rumble, Twitch, Loom, Facebook, LinkedIn);

    • OR pick a video from your phone’s gallery;


    ⚠️ Note: The video must be at least 3 minutes long.

  4. Tap Next;

  5. Choose the original video language;
    ​

  6. Select the Shorts duration:

    • Auto;

    • Less than 30s;

    • 30–60s;

    • 60–90s;

    • 1.5–3 minutes;

  7. Choose the maximum number of shorts you’d like:

    • ~10

    • ~15

    • ~25

    • ~40

    ⚠️ Note: Shorts generation usually takes about 15 minutes.

  8. Choose the Shorts format:

    • 9:16

    • 1:1

    • 4:5

    • 16:9

  9. Press Get Shorts and Liro will generate your shorts automatically!
