Steps to Follow
Since Liro does not manage your subscriptions and refunds directly, you need to contact Apple:
Go to the Report a Problem page.
Sign in with your Apple ID or use the Forgot Password/Create yours now variants:
Choose Request a refund once you are logged in:
Pick the reason for the refund:
Select Liro from the list of apps:
Confirm and done!
💡 If you do not want the subscription to auto-renew, it is best to cancel it in your phone settings.
Once you submit your refund request, Apple will respond within 24-48 business hours. You can also check the status of your refund at any time from this page.
