Can I Get a Refund for My Subscription?

At Liro, we strive to make your work easier and more enjoyable. Sometimes you may need to request a refund and we get it. Let's walk through the steps together👇

Steps to Follow

Since Liro does not manage your subscriptions and refunds directly, you need to contact Apple:

  1. Go to the Report a Problem page.

  2. Sign in with your Apple ID or use the Forgot Password/Create yours now variants:

  3. Choose Request a refund once you are logged in:

  4. Pick the reason for the refund:

  5. Select Liro from the list of apps:

  6. Confirm and done!

💡 If you do not want the subscription to auto-renew, it is best to cancel it in your phone settings. 

Once you submit your refund request, Apple will respond within 24-48 business hours. You can also check the status of your refund at any time from this page

Please note that Apple reviews refund requests according to their own internal policies. If they decide not to issue a refund, unfortunately, we’re unable to change that outcome on our side.
