Sometimes you get failed charge attempts for your Liro subscription that you want to cancel. This article will help you understand what is happening and whether you can cancel this 🧐

How Subscriptions Are Handled

All Liro subscriptions and payments are managed by Apple directly. If you need help changing your plan or handling the charges, you need to message Apple Support. We understand it may not be easy so we will guide you through the process.

Steps to Follow

Once the free trial or the paid period finishes your subscription renews automatically. When there are problems with the payment, you get an error notification. Let's figure out what you can do if you do not want to renew 👇

  1. Cancel the Liro subscription in your settings:

  2. Let the charge through;

App store charge attempts cannot be reversed or canceled, so you need to let the payment through and ask for a refund. It should take approximately 24-48 business hours to hear from Apple and get your funds back.

Once the refund is issued, the funds will be reflected in your bank account within 3-7 business days.
